Tonight, in honor of the Super Bowl, gliders at Kingdom Kritters are having chicken wings along with their fresh fruits and veggies.

Tonight, we're having:
Carrots
Sugar Snap Peas
Yellow Bell Pepper
Sweet Potato
Cucumber
Yellow grape tomatoes
Green Apple
Cantaloupe
(Yes, all green, orange, and yellow)
And Original HPW with green juice

tonight we are having
purple yams
sweet sopi
boku
spinach
sweet peas
tofu
yellow bell peppers

We did lettuce wraps last night! Nothing left today, not even the lettuce.

Lettuce leaf on the bottom
Julienned cantaloupe
Thin sliced, baked chicken breast
Mixed veggies
Avocado
Yogurt

I am betting a little cranberry might be delicious with this dish also!

Googling Sweet Sopi now! Where are these things found anyway and I would be afraid to try them.

They are from the Philippines. They are very sweet.

Trying something new tonight...cranberries. Hope they go over well! I had to try one myself and boy are they sour! Good, but sour! We're having the cranberries with hpw original (green juice added), carrots, sweet potato, cucumber, grape tomatoes, sugar snap peas, and jicama. :)

I served steamed sweet potato for the first time ever last night. Some of them ate it and some did not. Magoo said yuckie orange things are in my plate! We will serve it for a few nights in a row in case the rest of the gang decide it is not so bad.

Tonight we are having

Staple (VGV)
corn, carrots, bok choy, cucumber, sugar snap peas, green beans, jicama, broccoli, yellow bell pepper, apple, pear, banana, grapple, apple pear, blackberries and grape tomatoes.

OK just looked up Grapples. I want to get some. Do you order them online or can you find them local? I put in my zip code and I have to drive to Massachusetts or NY.
I will order them if I need to.

I don't order any fruits or veggies online. I only buy what I can find right here. ;)

Okay, cranberries don't seem to be a big hit, but I've only tried two days and may have been overfeeding other things. Will try again in a few days, most likely. Really want to find some more fruit for variety for my babies. :)

Our grocery stores around here are so boring! I am always watching for unusual or fun fruits and veggies to use at dinner time. However, it will soon be garden time, and while that's not unusual foods, or vast variety, it will be fresh and oh so tasty! I can't wait!

Our garden is planted and now we're just waiting...man, I hate it when I can't have instant gratification LOL

Glad I'm not the only one! I only recognized 2-3 of them

Seriously can we have a photo or two of before you prepare them and after you do whatever you do to them? I have no idea what these things look like and yesterday I was in a store which had Yucca and various other things and looked at it ~~stared at it and panicked that I might prepare it wrong and harm the gliders and walked away in a semi panicked state saying " I know I can feed this but it scares the bajebbies out of me cause I have no idea if I am doing it safely"!

You know you can google these things, right?

I started a new thread asking for photo's and how it is served!

Tonight we are having blueberries, strawberries, apples, pears, grapes, mango, califlower, broccoli, bell pepper (green and yellow), asparagus, green beans, corn, peas, carrots, mushrooms, sweet potato, squash (green), eggs, tomatoes, and a sprinkle of pecans. This is junk food night for them. They are also getting fresh crepe myrtle branches out of the yard.

Fresh from Mom's garden Beet Greens are a big hit here! Mr Picky Magoo grabbed them so fast out of my hand and gobbled them down looking for more.
Wait till Mom goes to work Monday BCgoing to raid her garden!
