So, does anyone have any idea how to harvest sweet potatoes? I seem to have started to grow some. The plants are quite pretty, so rather than toss them, I'm going to pot them. Can I harvest them and feed them to the babies?

put them in some dirt in the ground. The will grow green plants on the surface. Once those plants start to turn brown and die then it is time to carefully dig up the sweet potatoes. My babies love sweet potatoes cooked and raw.
