| So... what did you think?? Did you learn anything? If so, what? What were the highlights for you? -----------♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥----------- ~*~ Val ~*~ Passionate = one step down from crazyWe can only be said to be alive in those moments when our hearts are conscious of our treasures - Thornton Wilder

| I learned that The SUGAR Group is a FANTASTIC bunch of dancers!!!
Unfortunately, I had to miss much of it on Saturday since I was at the vet with a glider but I did get in on some of the fun that evening.

| I also learned that The Sugar Group has THE moves! I also learned that Garrett's is indeed the BEST popcorn in Chicago, and as far as I can tell, also Michigan!
I did miss quite a bit Saturday as I was on/off due to being at work. I always like hearing the stats, and I liked the open question session with you and Karen. I also learned that I really want to attend someday in person!!
Thanks for a great time....you guys throw the best parties! I must have looked like a nut, laughing out loud at my computer in the middle of the gallery! -----------♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥----------- Bobbie Mom to 2 humans, wife to 1, -- and "mom" to 1 dog, 2 horses, and 9 of the sweetest gliders! http://highglass.wix.com/highglassgliders#"Constantly choosing the lesser of two evils is still choosing evil." -Jerry Garcia

| Every year at the RRRoundup, we give away a prize package for those that participate in the research. Fill out a survey, get a raffle ticket for this prize package. This year, we gave away this collapsible travel cage set up with a cage set, 2 toys, food dish, water bottle, toy box, cage cover and wheel. And, of course, we had many great vendors with tons of great stuff made available to us Saturday night! -----------♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥----------- ~*~ Val ~*~ Passionate = one step down from crazyWe can only be said to be alive in those moments when our hearts are conscious of our treasures - Thornton Wilder

Thank You -----------♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥----------- Brenda

| I received my certificate for mealies...thanks!!! Now my question is how do I redeem it? I've never given live mealies to my gliders before. I need a short how-to for mealies....where to keep them, how many to feed at a time, and most importantly, how big/nasty of a mess do they make with them??? I am envisioning Poppy taking a big juicy bite and then flinging all those juicy morsels all over the cage. YUCK! -----------♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥----------- Bobbie Mom to 2 humans, wife to 1, -- and "mom" to 1 dog, 2 horses, and 9 of the sweetest gliders! http://highglass.wix.com/highglassgliders#"Constantly choosing the lesser of two evils is still choosing evil." -Jerry Garcia | |

| You send in the certificate with your name and address and they will send you the mealies. They won't do anything over the phone. Once you get the mealies you remove them from the newspaper they are shipped in put them in a plastic container with oatmeal and put them in the fridge. I take mine out once a month for 24hrs and feed them a few carrots. | |

| There's no mess with mealies, I promise you that. And contrary to what some people think, mealies are not ewwy gooey like regular worms - they have a harder exoskeleton so they aren't slimy or nasty. The glider will grab it (watch your fingers! Some get a bit overzealous and will grab at anything) and eat it and lick their fingers clean. You'll have no icky stuff anywhere. :) | |
