| Question: I am bringing my glider home Thurs 3 -8 -12, and want to know yogurt plain or can he/she have fruit? And apple sauce - any kind? And do you blend all veggies and fruits in a blender or just cut it up small so they can hold it? And can you blend the fruits and yogurt in a blender and freeze it in an ice cube tray's and give them that along with fresh cut veggie as a treat? And was wondering about baby food stage 2 is this something that they can have or stay away from? Thanks for all your input.

Apple sauce any kind? Plain unsweetened is best.
Do you blend all veggies and fruits in a blender or just cut it up small so they can hold it? We do it both ways as variety and texture are best..
Can you blend the fruits and yogurt in a blender and freeze it in an ice cube tray's and give them that along with fresh cut veggie as a treat? I would say it is more of a dinner item then a treat but you can offer them a bit and see if they like it as a treat.
I was wondering about baby food stage 2 is this something that they can have or stay away from? There are so many other options for good foods for them that baby food is not really ideal it is best to serve fresh and frozen is acceptable if you choose.
Thanks for all you're input. Edited this post to make it easier to read and answer not to offend anyone/BC

| Hi
Welcome to TSS. Congrats on your new glider. Do you know what diet they are currently on?

| Congrats on the new addition. I see you are picking up your glider today. I am not sure from your post if this is your first glider or not, but if it is, you are in for a treat. Sugar Gliders are a rewarding pet and you have already started off on the right foot by reading this site and posting. The only thing you should know for tonight(if this is your first glider) is he/she will probably cry through the night if they are still a joey but no worries; they just miss mommy, and will stop usually after the first day or two. Good luck and enjoy :) | |
