Hi Taz

Welcome to TSS

Hopefully Val will be on to give some advice to as I believe she has a glider with cataracts.

In the mean time please check out these threads that might give you some more info on gliders with cataracts:

I do have a glider with a cataract. I have not done anything for it except some eye drops. As a general rule, cataracts don't harm the eye and aren't life threatening, so I have made the decision that a surgical procedure has more risks than leaving the cataract. For my girl, I continue to keep an eye on it, but it has not affected her ability to continue normal functional behavior, so I have not stressed about it much.
