Poor customer service in response to complaints of unsafe bedding and toys.

Complaints include (and are sometimes documented with photographs)

Unsafe stitching/ large stitching
exposed seams
Incomplete or inaccurate assembly resulting in holes or missed seams
Use of low quality/cheap materials
Incorrect/improper zipper installation

This is not an accurate post. hundreds of happy e-bay customers, feedback is great, member of glider gossip for years. Making safe pet bedding for over 5 years. The one thing that amazes me is how another vendor tries to destroy a persons reputation to up their own sales. I am happy to answer all questions regarding my pet bedding and offer a refund to anyone who is not completely satisfied. Please check out my products and my communication skills for yourself. No one is trying to destroy your reputation to up their own business. They are trying to protect gliders from being injured in unsafe products.

According to more than one person here: http://www.glidercentral.net/ubbthreads/ubbthreads.php/topics/1018626/1 they have tried to help you make improvements, but you weren't interested. Also those posting negative things about you there are not all vendors, but they are experienced glider owners that know the difference between a safe product and an unsafe one.

As far as eBay feedback goes, a lot of people buying on eBay aren't in the glider community and do not necessarily know the harm an unsafe item can do. I bought my first pouch on eBay, left the person great feedback before I used it with my babies. It fell apart after an hour of carrying my gliders around in it. Upon talking to other more experienced glider people this was common for her pouches, but if you looked at her feedback you'd never know. This was 7 plus years ago.

Since you seem to have no interest in listening to the many others who have tried to help you make your products safer, we have no choice but to list you here. Our concern is for the gliders.
