Last night I had some fun cooking. I probably should have checked the ingredients out more but they are all natural and I have seen people use it. I knew it was safe but the ratios I didn't check out. Due note that I'm only going to use this on RARE occasion and used as a treat. Though I would like your suggestions and warnings. Well here is what I did.
I took a fresh chicken breast stabbed it with a fork multiple times so that the honey could seep in. I mixed all natural white gold honey with a but of pure honey with a tiny bit of wild bee pollen and coconut oil. I zapped it in the microwave to mix it and covered the chicken and let it sit for a minute or to. Then in a non stick pan I pored pure apple juice and heated it and cooked the chicken. here is the amounts.
1 tbs of white gold honey 1Tsp of coconut oil 1 tsp of pure normal honey A pinch of wild be pollen One Chicken Brest Enough apple juice to cover the chicken in pan
My gliders went NUTS

Sounds yummy! I do chicken as junk food night, a lot of times. I usually bake the chicken, but see no reason not to simmer it.

In hind sight I wouldn't recomend doing this. And if you do please do it in small quantities as it gave my girls the runs. I'm going to keep a close eye on them and make sure they stay hydrated.
