The SUGAR Group's Kidney and Liver Issues Studies

The SUGAR Group has ongoing studies into the causes, treatment and incidence of kidney and liver diseases.
If you have a glider diagnosed with kidney or liver disease either through veterinary testing or necropsy/histopathology, then please complete the study and return it to us.

These studies require the addition/inclusion of vet documentation and/or lab reports, therefore, they must be downloaded and returned to us via email or snail mail.

We greatly appreciate your participation as we work together to try to find answers.

Val, I will be filling this survey out, but I was wondering if I need to send the necropsy and histopathology reports in with it or if you still have those?

Just send them in with the gliders name (and yours) on it and I will put them with your other reports.
