Dog Attack - 1 vet said all good/ 2nd says euthanize y glider. Help!!!!

I'm a 30's aged male and typically don't have melt downs with pets. but Zippy and I spend 2 months bonding. Hours next to her cage, hours with patch and she's finally coming to me as her friend.

Our law of the land is that no glider comes downstairs unless our pug is out. No exceptions for anything. Sadly my 8 year old (zippy is totally bonded with him) was sick and came down stairs to tell us. With zippy on him. I don't know what happened but the pug got her and ran. I got to her and rushed her to the vet.

Vet gives me a bill and says nothing is wrong. Some dog slime but that's all. I asked about her legs being curled up and was told it was shock. To put her in her cage.

This was all yesterday. So this morning zippy crawls out dragging her legs. I do a few tugs and pinches... Nothing when done to her legs. Panick... I rush to a second doctor. Doctor does X-ray and says he can't see any visible fracture. But the shaking snapped spinal chord.

Said since no pain... I should let my son see her one last time and bring in the morning.

Zippy is vibrant, eating and looking at me like she knows I'm about to do something horrid.

I'm torn. Logically the doc knows his field. He explained the facts of a sugar glider with now back lags.

But it's killing me to see her so sweet and now I have to kill her.

If anyone has any hope... Money isn't really a concern... As to a treatment or if I can care for a paralyses glider. Please respond. She has an adopted daughter that will be shattered by this.
