Hi all! Do you feed your gliders shrimp? If so, how often? Mine go nuts for boiled and chopped up shrimp! Someone told me it's high in mercury but I wanted to ask the experts. Thanks so much!

I feed mine cooked shrimp about once a week. I just cut it up and put it in their food bowl

I feed shrimp on a rare occasion. Partly because I can't stand the smell of sea food of any sort, partly because we only get a few "off" days on the VGV diet each week and partly because it is expensive to feed it to the number of gliders I have here.
It is a hit-or-miss food. Some of the gliders here love it, and some don't.

Very rarely here and definitely hit-or-miss here, too.

Thanks Brenda! My black beauty Bandit grabs a large piece in his mouth, a large piece in one hand, and runs around the cage hissing like a mad man. It's so. Darn. Cute!
