Has been doing great! He only receives Lactulose once a day 4 days a week and twice a week 3 times a week. All other meds have been discontinued for months. Bottom incisor removal was his saving Grace. About a month ago he made "the noise", was going at his cloaca (6 O'clock), I gave him torb, but he was unable at that moment to do damage, because he did not have his bottom teeth. So 30 min after the torb and the next day he was fine. No issue since then. I keep it all logged in writing so I can catch a pattern (if there is one). He loves body massages and mealies so if you see him please accomodate! He is looking forward to the SGGA. You can see pics of him on facebook. His latest fecal float and smear was negative. He still lives on me. Can we say "ROTTEN"? Thank You for your continued prayers. Just wanted you to know they are working :) Spencer 971666

This mystery will remain but not so mysterious at this time. Constipation is his only issue, was he making the hole bigger so he could pass stools better? I don't know. What I do know is my boy is thriving at 196 grams (guess I cant blame Mary as he was only there for 3 days, LOL) Thank those of you who have supported Spencer and I over the last 5 years, I will never forget what many of you have done to help us even though some of us no longer speak to one another.

Glad he is doing better Cora.
So is he on any medications at this time and /or what are you doing for him at this time.
How about a Spencer Photo or two also, just so we can see his cute wittle face!

Thanks Brenda the only medication he takes at this time is a laxative called lactulose 1 time a day 4 days a week and 2 times a day 3 days a week. Unfortunately he is putting on too much wt. His short stubby Lion self weighs 196, More tent time is in his future. There are lots of pics on facebook, not sure how to post pics here. Spencer 652520

To update over a year later and he has made no moves to mutilate.  He could still "hurt" himself if he wanted because all his other teeth work just fine. He has no trouble squaggle dancing with no bottom teeth, he doesnt have any trouble eating either. So in Spencers case removing his botom teeth ended years of mutilation cycle. Spencer has taken no meds in over a year.Spencer 367

After almost 2 years Spencer is at it again. On antibiotics, metcam and buprenex. Dr. Reese is aware and prescribed these meds. Little turkey can get out of that jacket though, have to sew on snaps hooks, and eyes. Once a mutilator always a mutilator if pain\discomfort present. At least he has no bottom teeth to do major damage.
