It is possible, at his age, that his story will be very much like Tobasco's. We have seen that it can happen. So, be sure to keep the penis moist and keep an eye on behavior.
One thing you might keep in mind (and I'm not saying it is the case here, just that you might consider it) is that UTI's in gliders typically require a long treatment. So, even if not showing up on tests, if he DOES have one, then you will need to be sure to treat for about 20 days.
Don't panic just yet. As long as there is no necrosis, he is fine. Don't do anything drastic until you have given him ample time to stop showing off all his goods to all the world.
