Does anyone know about Mamey?
I found that Goya makes a Mamey Pulp. I like to use the Goya Pulp in my fruit/veggie recipe's that I make and freeze in ice cube trays. I am researching on-line about it. I'd like to use the pulp in my recipe's. I found this so far but was wondering if anyone has more experience with this fruit. Here's one link I found so far that I liked.
I've been doing alot of reading on it. I don't see why our gliders could not eat a fruit or veggie relish with this fruit pulp added in it. All the reading and sources I'm finding are saying that it is a very sweet fruit.
I assume no one has ever had any experience with this. In my reading it says that these fruits are grown in Florida as well. Anyone in Florida ever had any?

I have never tried it, Anita. I'm sorry I'm not much help.
