| I don't know about moving pesticides, but I have been doing this for a while now because it removes the wax that is put on fruits and veggies nowadays. After a good soak, the water in the sink will be pretty dirty, so I know it is removing a lot of yuck. | |

| I buy organic for my family (suggies included) but even so, I use a fruit and vegetable spray that has plant based ingredients and works really well. Link is below ;) http://www.ecos.com/fruit.html | |

| What do you guys think? Will this do the trick? I'm about to do it, anyway, so I hope it helps! Lol. I'm going to put enough water in the sink to cover the fruits and veggies and then add some apple cider vinegar. It can't hurt, right? | |

| I don't think so. Apple cider vinegar is safe for them to drink, so you're good there. | |

| no you cannot. You rinse them well and they are bright and shiny and tasty. I think that my strawberries last longer in the fridge after cleaning this way. | |
