Crab Meat

Larry brought a salad home, & it had some crab meat in it, & was wondering if the babies can have some. I know that they can have some shrimp as an occasional treat, & I also know that they are to never be fed tuna, I forgot why, so I told him that I would find out if crab would be safe. I love fish of all types, so I also wanted to know,mainly, of the types of fish they are not to eat,that would be dangerous for them to eat. Is there a list I could go to that could tell me of all the foods that our babies should never eat? I now know that as long as lima beans have been cooked, they are now safe for them to eat, & the garlic that is in the Naked drinks is miniscule, so it is safe in that case (the toxins have been cooked out?).

Don't know where you heard tuna was bad but I feed tuna to my all the time as well as shrimp. I would not feed crab that was on a salad but if I cooked it at home then I would feed it to them.

Tuna isn't supposed to be safe for them to eat because of a mercury level in them. Someone on GG just reminded me of it, because I posted this there,also.
We didn't feed it, anyway, because I wanted to be sure first. Someone else a while back on GC said tuna wasn't too safe to be fed,either.
I sure wish we could start to agree on more food items, & diets that we feed/use.
