What's on the menu?

For the Gliders:
Much thanks to my local Amarillo Glider Group for spending last night making up multiple batches of OHPW and VGV for the gliders to enjoy.
Each person in attendance can come to Val's room each night for their frozen staple and for fresh fruits and veggies for each of their gliders. Glider feeding time is built into the schedule each night, so you won't miss it. ;)


For the humans:
In addition to the wide variety of cakes, cookies, brownies, snack mixes and drinks available at break times, the three meals we will be providing for you include:

THURSDAY NIGHT (at the Meet & Greet) - Soup & Salad night
Soups: Sante Fe, Potato & Chicken and Wild rice
Salads: Oriental, Garden & Pasta
Dessert: Chocolate and/or Butterscotch delight


FRIDAY NIGHT DINNER
Taco pile on & Cheesecake

SATURDAY LUNCH
Pizza, cheese sticks, Cinnamon sticks, etc.

I have the ingredients for some of these meals in my home already and it is sooooo hard not to eat it up! I'm a huge dessert fan, so I had to have my mom make the desserts (to keep them out of my house), but I am planning a brownie and cooking baking weekend coming up. MMMMMMM.

I love soups and salads. Can't wait to share these meals with you all!
