The 2015 SUGAR Group House Party RRRoundup!
Yes, you read that right. This year’s RRRoundup is just around the corner and sure to be better than ever!
Instead of having one location for a large gathering, this year we are using our webcast service to link together smaller house party locations from across the U.S. This will be an exciting event, and allows us to have speakers and demonstrations and such from some knowledgeable owners/breeders/vendors/rescuers/scientists who otherwise could not make the event while still ensuring that attendees are gathering with other sugar glider lovers for fun and fellowship.
You will have the opportunity to attend a house party within driving distance of your home location OR to join us via the live webcast from the comfort of your own home. There is no reason for you to miss this spectacular event this year!
As always, we will be releasing more and more details in the coming weeks as things get confirmed and set in stone. However, we wanted to get the word out so that you all can begin planning for how you might participate in the event this year.
So, here are the basic details:

Dates: Friday, March 13 (In some locations only) & Saturday, March 14, 2015
House Party Locations and Hostesses:

Location: Comfort Suites

Location: Given to registered attendees only

In the coming weeks, we will be releasing site specific information for each house party. While the information presented and some of the activities will be the same, each location will also be unique in their personality and social activities. We are going to have a great deal of fun in the weeks leading up to this event, as well!
REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Registration for the 2015 RRRoundup for those attending IN PERSON in either Amarillo, Austin or Detroit will include:
* All take-away materials for attendee
* One free bingo card at Pouch Bingo (where it is played)
* Lunch on Saturday (Dinner is on your own)
* Web connection with all other sites for the day of the event
* Several surprises along the way.
Registration Fees (for those attending in person):
Early Registration (Today - Feb. 25, 2015) = $25
Registration (Feb. 26 -March 12, 2015) = $30
All Registration fees must be paid in full prior to the event. Though we can accept registration paid at the door, we cannot guarantee meals for those who do not pay prior to March 12 (March 7 in Detroit).
REGISTRATION TO PARTICIPATE ONLINE
For those registering to participate from home online, registration will include:
* Access to the online webcast Saturday, March 14, 2015
* Chat interface with the live broadcast on Saturday
* All conference materials will be emailed to you prior to the event
* One entry into our special door prize drawings for those participating online ONLY
* Ability to participate in our online "after party" Saturday night following the event.
Registration Fees (for those participating online):
Early Registration (Today - Feb. 25, 2015) = $10
Registration (Feb.26 - March 10, 2015) = $15
Due to the logistics of this event, we will NOT be able to accept registration to participate online after ,March 10 2015. You MUST register and PAY IN FULL prior to March 10, 2015 to participate live online.
VENDOR REGISTRATION
Vendor registration is FREE again this year for paid registrants. Space is limited, so will be on a first come/first served basis.
We DO need you to register that you intend to vend, so please fill out the vendor registration form on the SUGAR Group website.
