Update on Encore:
Encore does seem to be responding to treatment for her broken arm.
I recently began adding some different enzymes to her food. I can't say that this is what is making the difference, but after 5 days with them, she is moving more "normally" in that arm (she no longer drags it behind her), she is having excellent bowel movements, she is attempting to jump (but is in a hospital cage set up for broken bone, so not much to jump to) and last night I gave her a wheel and she RAN in it. Not walking, but running. :)
She has also started grooming her entire body again and she has not lost any weight.


She does still have the turned out shoulders and hips, but I feel better that she is making some progress. I'm keeping her covered in prayer and kisses and believing the best for her.

Val this is good news and we will continue to keep her in our thoughts here also.

If they're as good looking and sexy as Dr. House, I'll go there! :)

How horrible. Why didn't you say anything about the turmoil you were going through? You didn't have to go it alone! Next time (hopefully there isn't a next time) you tell us.
