If I remember correctly, as long as you can watch videos on your computer, like on youtube, you can participate.

Yep. All you have to do is register (when registration opens) and then you will get an email giving you a link to follow to configure your computer for the event. Then on the day of the event, you just follow the link and you are there!

Am I missing hotel info somewhere? How far it is from the airport? How you get to the hotel? Where the actual events take place? LOL Logistics?

LOL. Kylah, we had a really hard time deciding between two hotels. Then, we made a decision and had a lot of trouble with contract negotiation (cause I'm so dedicated to getting the best possible deals for both attendees and the SUGAR Group - I'm a negotiatin' fool LOL).

So, now by the end of Monday we will either have the great hotel we want with signed contract or the other great hotel we want.

I hate to drag it out so long, but I promise it is only because I am working so hard to get really good deals for everyone.

I have no doubts it will be well worth it.

Just found out that I won't even be able to join all of you online this year -- I'll be in Scotland from March 15th to March 27th. I'm sad to being miss it, as I had such fun attending last years.. learned so much!

No, you did not overlook it. We haven't posted it yet.
There are no activities on Sunday.

We are working on a schedule and will post it once we finalize (or don't) our final speaker.
Roughly, you can look for Friday night to be about 7-9 PM CST and Saturday to be 9:00 am to 4:00 PM CST. Somewhere in that neighborhood. A schedule will be posted sometime soon. It gets tricky for us because the schedule for online viewers is different (shorter) than the one for those in Tulsa. Plus, I'm just slow. So, blame me.
