I bought some Kefir today, to use in my next batch of glider food. Has anyone ever tried it? What do you think?

I like it. It is pretty unusual at first but it changes things up and it tastes fun....well to me. I haven't tried it on gliders :/

Kefir is basically like yogurt drink. It has really great probiotics and it goes a long way. It is almost the consistency of heavy whipping cream.

I personally love it. Fattening if you aren't careful, though! LOL I'm going to try it with the babies and see how they like it. I'll let you know.
Bobbie, at my supermarket, it's in the yogurt section. It's in a bottle, similar to milk bottles. Its VERY thick, and rich.
