It'll be my first hand raised joey.
She's two weeks old, and a single joey. She got the tiniest scratch on her back - no one knows how - and Dad is now overgrooming. The first day, it was down to the skin. Now it looks like her fur was buzzed, like it's growing back, but the area grows just a little each day. I'm starting to wonder if I should pull the joey, or if I should pull Dad. Dad [Han-Han, Roya] has been known to overscent, and he is my overly anxious glider. What do you guys think?

Don't pull the joey unless you absolutely HAVE TO. It is not in ANY gliders best interest to act upon what you think they will do at some point in the future.
Give dad a chance to be a good dad. Don't stress or fret over them too much, but do keep a close eye on them.
IF the joey does sustain an open wound, then remove dad until the wound heals up. At 2 weeks old, mom does not need dad's help quite as much as she did in the beginning. But, that baby still needs mom, so it is not a good decision to remove the baby from mom.

Again, don't remove either of them unless it becomes absolutely necessary. Don't act on your fear of what might happen.

I'm glad to have someone telling me that. I was so afraid all the answers would be to pull.

Yep, Val gave you the best advice here...I posted my story already over on LGG but I will post it here

I had a joey that was overgroomed, there was never a wound, but she was groomed from the top of her head all the way to the back of the neck and was completely bald headed there for a bit, then it turned into a mohawk, and then later went away... I had her vet checked and everything appeaded awesome, she was a great weight, eyes were clear, no issues heard with heart etc... When she was 4-5 weeks old, the overgrooming stopped completely and I never did figure out who or if it was all of them doing the over-grooming as they never over groomed a joey again
